I was traveling from valemount, bc about a month or so ago to shop for my rescue dog that I was adopting from a rescue in Hinton. The lady whom I dealt with had great customer service and was fantastic with loads of information. She helped me with everything i needed plus a few extras and at the end of it the bill was a few hundred dollars but the products are all so worth and the quality is great.I’d highly recommend this location because of the great service and the knowledgeable lady who helped me.

Super friendly Manager! Truly appreciated the genuine concern. We were evacuated and our dog needed some treats. I briefly brought up that my guy destroys toys. The manager suggested some awesome and so far indestructible toys!

I recently stopped at this Pet Valu while passing through Hinton. The staff was quick to help and brought some of my items up to the front for me while I browsed (which was really nice since I had my cat in my arms). I was only there for a few minutes, but the customer service during that time was awesome! If I’m ever in need of more pet supplies while passing through, this Pet Valu will be my stop!
