Tanya with Window Mart was very professional prompt, and provided a detailed estimate. Changes were quickly accomodated and when we had to cancel, issued a full refund on our deposit. Window Mart is compeditively priced and I would trust them for any future window replacements.

Ivan was very helpful and knowledgeable as he passed along good information about the product. He was always on time at our house and twice at the showroom. He was very professional. I would give him a 5 out of 5
