Working with dreams for the most part was great. Gary and Lesley were great to work with. Gary worked with us to get exactly what we pictured and to make sure we stayed up to date with what was going on during the building process. The house also turned out perfectly and passed any inspections we threw at it. Whenever we had any questions or concerns Lesley would respawn quickly and make sure everything was ok. The only thing preventing me from giving them 5 stars is the new sales rep is slow to get back to you and can be difficult to deal with so we just started contacting someone else (Lesley) This was my first time buying let alone building a house and we had an overall...read full review
Gary and Lesley have been super transparent with everything. Gary has gone above and beyond for us with helping with little things that come up in the building process. I work in the industry and I am so impressed with how everything went. We love our home.
Our experience with the Montrose team has been nothing short of amazing. As first time home buyers, we started this process with a million and one questions, concerns and desires, but could not have been in better hands to help us navigate through this process.
Anthony has spent hours dreaming about our house with us, helping us make design decisions and going back and fourth with us to make sure every detail is perfect.
