From the moment I walked into the front doors of Heartland Ford, it felt like family. From the no-nonsense approach to the honest salesman, it was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealership experiences. I was overwhelmed by the straight talk and lack of greasy salesmanship techniques a person is used to when buying a new vehicle. I had a great experience with my salesman (Charlie), the sales manager (Paul) and the warranty manager (Ryan). I would highly recommend Heartland Ford for a low stress process and an experience that makes you enjoy your purchase even more.

Make sure you track your service. Fordpass is supposed to have that, but in 3 years, none of my service history made it there.
