We took my wife's jeep here for an oil change and inspection. We found the staff incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Customer service was top notch, service was quick. They called me to give me an update on what they found during the inspection and I found them to be very honest. The jeep is old and in rough shape, they told us everything they would recommend and everything that can wait or whatnot.
In today's day and age, its hard to find a company that values the honest approach over making a quick buck. I would absolutely recommend good guys and we will happily bring our vehicle back.

I am in a state of shock at the level of honesty and respect I received from Good Guys Auto. The work on having my Transfer Case O-Ring replaced took less time than originally estimated, and they charged me less than the original quote. I’m truly thankful for this.

I was referred by someone who relies on her vehicle for work and trusts them completely, and now I understand why. They carefully checked everything and were upfront in telling me that my timing belt looked fine and that I did not need a brake fluid service either. This was such a relief after the pressure I had been feeling from the dealership to get both done.

I'm from out of town and my truck broke down outside of Fort Saskatchewan on a Sunday night. I didn't know of any repair shops to tow my vehicle to and my sister recommended good guys. I had it towed there on a Sunday night when they were closed and phoned them first thing Monday morning to explain what happened. They were able to look at my truck that day even without a prior appointment and get it diagnosed quickly. They quoted me a price for repairs which were done in a very timely matter.
