Jessica is a fantastic massage therapist! She always listens when I tell her where I’m sore and tailors the massage to what I need that day. I really appreciate how she takes the time to explain things and gives me helpful stretches to work on between sessions. I always leave feeling relaxed and so much better. Highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a skilled and caring therapist!

I cannot suggest Back to Alignment enough!!! I see Keltie and she’s awesome! Gives the best deep tissue massages. I always feel so much more relaxed and refreshed after my massage. Keltie is very knowledgeable and if you let her know about any spot that’s more sore she gives a little extra time and uses other things like cupping to loosen everything up. Any person I’ve talked to at Back to Alignment has been very nice. Great gem in the Fort Saskatchewan area!
