Since birth my daughter Arayah has had tummy pains and hated laying down and being on her belly, meny doctors said she had reflux I wasn't ready to try medication so I decided to take some other mommy's advice and take her to a chiropractor. Dr. Holt was Amazing! Dr Holt said Arayah has alot of muscle and he spine was very ridged,He was great with her, after just one treatment I started to see a different! She had 5 treatments total and the results have been amazing, she rolls over on to her tummy on her own without crying 💜 she use to wake up every hour crying so I always had her in my room beside me, she now sleeps in the crib in her own room every night and sleeps all night!! AMAZING 👏
Suffered with chronically tight muscles and IT Bands for 3+ years. 2016-17, I endured painful IMS treatments (19 sessions in a 9 month span) and finally realized my body had plateaued and wasn't responding. Figured there had to be a better option!! Booked 4 back to back sessions with Bianca Coetzee (mixture of ultrasound, interferential and deep massage) followed with one Acupuncture treatment with Dr. Martin. Bianca treated my back, IT bands and neck. Dr. Martin treated my back, IT bands and Glutes. The treatments mentioned above were not painful. I do a few Physio stretches each night to strengthen weak areas, foam roll a couple mins before working out and have been running pain free every since! AMAZING!!!! Highly recommend both Bianca and Dr Martin! ��� Thank you again!
