I don’t think there is a problem they can’t help solve. Additionally, this clinic is very community focused and loves to give back! If you’re on the fence, or deciding where to go, you have to give 4 Points a shot!“

A right shoulder injury that has bothered me for over 18 months feels like it melted away after Orathai’s deep massage techniques. Excellent massage techniques.“

Prior to commencing the massage, she had a consultation with me to better understand how she could maximize the treatment. She adhered to any requests and adjustments to make the massage better.Additionally, she recommended treatments and methods tailored to me based on the information that I gave her.The intake process was easy, able to book online, and the assessment form was simple to fill out.The place was clean and well organized.I will definitely recommend her and this establishment.“

136 Sunwapta Wy, Edmonton“I don't know why it has never occurred to me until now to review Jackie of Sukha Shack and Kelly of 2 The Points Acupressure considering how many times I have seen each of them over the years and all that they have helped me overcome. But there I was three mins into a meditation tonight when I felt inspired so here's my story. It must have been 5+ yrs ago that I firat saw Jackie for a series of chakra balancing massages. They are not massages in the way most people understand massages but the relief they bring is tangible. I noticed subtle changes in my attitude and behavior and feelings after each session and an increased feeling of well being. At some point after that series I was faced with unprecedented stress and sadness and grief. Jackie suggested I see Kelly for acupuncture. Thus began regular sessions that for me resulted in great outpourings of grief and tears. Kelly's kind heart and gentle encouragement and acceptance allowed me to release emotion that I hadn't known how to deal with nor how to process on my own. Then came a greater challenge and Jackie was able to help me through it. She was open with me about her own challenges and life experiences and was a guide for how I could move forward. She cares and feels deeply for her clients and gives so much of herself to each person in need. My life has settled down since then and I have no need of their services right now but I feel blessed to have had both Jackie and Kelly in my life during such feelings of overwhelment. The level of care they provide is like nothing I have ever experienced anywhere else. If your life is more than you can handle, allow yourself some healing and see these people. It can make all the difference.“

10619 124 St, Edmonton“There truly is no place like OM!
I had the absolute pleasure of attending a restorative class at Om Hot Yoga (10619 124 St, Edmonton), and it was exactly what my body, mind, and soul needed. From the moment I walked in, I felt grounded by the energy of the space. It was uplifting, calm, and genuinely welcoming.
Matty, who led the class, guided us with such care and intention. Their voice, their pacing, and their deep presence helped me find stillness in a way I haven’t in months. I left feeling emotionally lighter, physically soothed, and deeply renewed.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or coming back to your mat after a tough season (like I was), Om Hot Yoga will hold space for you with compassion and grace. It’s more than a studio. It’s a sanctuary. ?“

“Always a pleasure to visit Anil and Heather. It wasn’t too much and it wasn’t too little-treatment wise. I always feel like my body is quite ok and needs a little tweak now and again. Maybe a bit of exercises. It’s very affirming.“
