Regrettably, our semi and trailer experienced a breakdown at the entrance of this business premises, late at night. Unfortunately, we were unable to secure a tow truck until morning. Although we occupied a portion of their driveway, we ensured that they still had sufficient space to maneuver.
In the morning, we received a visit from someone informing us that we were obstructing the area, to which we explained that we were eager to move but were awaiting assistance from a tow truck.

I've used this company twice. The people who came and worked were polite and very good to deal with. However, I was unhappy with being charged for two plumbers for a relatively straightforward task (plugged sink). It looked like one was apprenticing, and I emailed afterwards and received no answer or reply. Just make sure you're not being charged twice if they send two people.

Our experiences have always been positive! The first time we contacted them was because our pipes froze while away in 2021. Winston came out in minus 30 weather and replaced our heat tape line. When we decided to sell our home, we were encouraged to get an inspection, which led to a discovery that we had a leak; we again contacted Ye Olde Plumber and were thrilled that Winston was able to assess and fix the problem same day! Recently, we moved outside the city of Edmonton limits and contacted Winston to remove a pedestal sink and install a vanity as well as attach the plumbing; the result is nothing short of amazing!
