I've been emailing back and forth with Garnet now and every time I go back and look at my emails I see he's already replied. He replies quicker than I even check my emails, amazing! I know I've bought stuff from a Windsor Plywood that is closer to me, but the service and response time of Garnet has been a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many businesses that seem to hire the bottom of the list. Everyone at \\\"my\\\" Windsor is also awesome, and it's nice to know such awesomeness extends to other locations too. Thanks for being you Garnet! I wish every person I had to interact with in a day was a pleasant as you.
I started building a deck in October 2022 and the first place I went to for supplies was Windsor plywood on 128 ave. When I first got there Roberto was one of the first to help me. He made a list of supplies that I needed to get things going at the beginning stage. Then every step of the way I got all my questions answered in regards to design and code and materials. Garnet also helped with a lot of know-how with a few steps along the way. I recommend this location for outdoor supplies and advice.
Not a lot of selection for what we need. Twelve foot lengths of most stuff difficult to get home then have to cut absolutely everything just doesn't suit what we need at the moment.
