Customers have praised the business for its great service and attention to detail. One customer had a positive experience when they replaced four doors on the main level of their house, with a quick turnaround and the staff trimming down a door that didn't quite fit. Another customer ordered two interior doors for a renovation and, despite a small issue with one of the doors, the manager, Mike, was quick to address the problem and provide excellent service. Additionally, a customer doing a live-edge piece for the first time was impressed by the staff member, Bryan, who took the time to guide them through the process step-by-step, demonstrating the business's commitment to customer satisfaction.
A fantastic selection of materials and more importantly the most friendly and knowledgeable staff. This particular location has really made me feel like the believe in what my company does and goes out of there way to make sure I have what I need to make sure my clients expectations are met and exceeded. I primarily deal with Curtis but the whole staff at this location deserves the highest of recommendations.
Replaced four doors on the main level of my house (made in 64) for great price. Quick turnaround and when one didn't quite fit they trimmed it down on the spot when I brought it back.
Great service. Ordered two interior doors for a renovation on an old house. Door #1 - jamb was perfect and easy install with this mismatch of RO. Door #2 - small issue with cut out for hinges but my fault more than anything. Lesson learned to take the old style 70 year old hinges with you when placing the order. Met Mike, the manger, who was up to speed with my problem, surely not a manager issue but he was all over it and provided great service. All this attention on two simple doors that were a grand total of $300, a minimal amount in the grand scheme of things going through the store. I will always come here for this service and knowledge. I felt valued as a customer.
