This auto shop is excellent! My husband decided to search for Toyota specialists in the city after receiving a quote from “our dealership” to repair a squeak coming from the front drivers side wheel. The quote we received was simply not reasonable for a maintained 2020 4 runner. It was 25% of the value of the car! No one in their right mind could accept that quote. It included a bunch of work that just did not make sense to my husband given the mileage of our vehicle, the regular maintenance we kept up and previous warranty work. So he found Wilson’s! After 384,000 Trouble free kms my 13 Toyota Tundra finally broke a part, a few at once actually. I had my work Truck towed into Wilson’s Auto Tech after reading 100’s of reviews from other Toyota/ Honda specialists in and around Edmonton.I decided on Wilson’s Auto Tech. I had left a message on Saturday explaining the issue with my water pump, and within an hour of opening on a Monday I was contacted. The gentleman said he would try and squeeze me in if he could, Obviously the shop was full with other vehicles as they weren’t expecting a tow in. Around Noon, maybe earlier I received a phone call and It was explained what the issues were and what was required.... read full review

They were able to fit me in at pretty short notice and gave me very detailed answers to my issues. There was no pressure to “fix it all”. They also pointed out what was an easy fix and didn’t try to upsell me. Very honest techs and reasonable and quick work.
