I was stuck with a failed os drive and no other working device to create a media installation key for my new ssd. The store I bought my new ssd from refused to assist in either setting up my drive, set up my usb stick or allow me to purchase a media installation key usb stick from them. No public library, employment services or other public computer use place allows running of programs on their computers. I had gone a week without my computer I use for school and was in a panic. I was helped very quickly, receiving my usb stick the next day and it worked without any issue. Thank you so much for your help.

I still plan to continue to take the computer Darwin built for me over ten years ago - which still runs! - there for servicing even though it is a slightly longer trip."

Darwin, the owner of Western Computer Shack, is a great computer guru who have helped many customers build and repair computers. I fondly remember buying my first custom-built PC desktop computer from Darwin back in 1996.
