Marty was knowledgeable and is very helpful also after the purchase. Erik made contact and of course we made the purchase. Dealt with him and a sales manager. Could not have had a better experience. I recently purchased a 2025 Acura ADX. My sister and I had the most amazing buying experience. Marty is super nice. He treated us like people and not a deal that needed to close. Explained everything clearly and made it very easy to figure out what to do. No pressure and at the end he actually asked if we were sure about buying. He worked very hard to get us a very good deal. If you are interested in purchasing, you have to chat with Marty. The entire experience from start to finish was effortless. We came in contact with several people from several departments and the feeling was the same every time. Such good people who clearly enjoy their work. What an amazing dealership.
Issue with my 2012 Acura RDX. Heard an alarming spinning sound from the front driver's side. I had no appointment. Leanne got the Service Manager and Chris jumped in for a drive, heard and diagnosed the issue immediately. My lug nuts were loose. My winter tires were put on elsewhere. These guys are 5 star!! Everyone I came in contact with that day was amazing. Soooo nice and professional. Very relaxed, friendly environment. I actually purchased new winter tires and my appointment is coming up soon. Strongly recommend West Side Acura. You won't regret it!
I had a wonderful vehicle purchase experience with the team at West Side Acura! I purchased a used SUV and my salesman, Brandon Funston was so wonderful through the entire experience. He was professional, courteous, and down to earth and made my whole experience incredibly quick and hassle-free. I was nervous to go purchase a vehicle all alone being a female, but the whole team at West Side Acura made me feel super comfortable from start to finish. I would absolutely go see them in the future for another vehicle. Thank you Brandon and team, I am so happy with my new ride!
