We went to Edmonton for a week, and two days into our trip our blower motor on our heater started dying. We called two other mechanic shops in the area and none of them were able to help us before we drove home. We called West End Auto Repair and explained the situation, they were able to work around our crazy schedule and got us in two days later (they offered to get us in that day but we had meetings we couldn't reschedule). We had taken a video of the noise the Jeep was making, the mechanic listened to it for a second and said "That is your blower motor". They ordered the part and replaced it as soon as it arrived an hour later, even though they were closing.
The staff was quick, efficient, and super friendly. Would highly recommend this mechanic shop!
