Had excellent service and advice 5 yrs ago when I built my Water feature. This year (2026) my pump stopped working so I visited Water Works to purchase a new pump. They took the time to check out and repair my pump all in 30 min. Excellent company that could have sold me a new pump but honourably did not. Hard to find in today's world. All is working now. Very happy with the work we had done. Water Works was easy to plan with and complete scheduling. They worked within my budget and offered suggestions as appropriate for what would best suit our project. Not knowing what I needed or what would work best in my area - I can’t say enough about how great the team was in helping us complete our project beyond our expectations- would highly recommend working with them to anyone looking for a pond or water feature to be added to their space.
