Balraj is great. It's so nice to deal with the owner of a company. I wanted to buy a particular model of refurbished cell phone, two years old, and in great condition. I had no idea how difficult that could be. Buying online seemed like a nightmare of unknown quality, questionable parts, and no one to contact or care if you weren't happy with the product. I found just what I was looking for locally at Mobile Klinik. The phone had been refurbished by Balraj himself and I can come back to him under warranty if there are any issues. Good old-fashioned customer service! The phone is in pristine condition and was a fair price. I couldn't be happier with it.
Always come here for repairs for all my phones - they do an amazing job, everytime. Screen protectors here are absolutely amazing - the quality is great and it doesn’t break easily at all. The prices are very reasonable for the quality as well. The staff are always personable and friendly. I highly recommend coming here for repairs, screen protectors or used phones!
I am so impressed! Naphka took the call from another store who had make a big mistake, the other store had me come all the way from whitecourt and didnt have what they needed to fix my phone - naphka found the part to fix my phone amd so i ripped over to her! 10 mins before close,This woman stayed after hrs to fix my phone. Excellent service naphka thank you so much!
