High recommend Judy. I've gone to multiple physio and massage therapist in the past and none have been able to help me the way Judy has. There's actually been improvements since I've started seeing her. Her skills are very good, but more than that she really takes the time to explain how massage therapy works, what she's doing and why it helps, and provide suggestions on what I can do at home between appointments to maintain the results. This understanding gave me a lot of motivation to do the homework between appointments.
Excellent massage from Alexander. Highly recommend him. Alex quickly found the areas of tension and used the perfect amount of pressure to relieve tight muscles. I left with significantly less pain, improved range of motion, and feeling completely relaxed. Highly recommend. Walked out of the massage feeling a 100 times better.

Went for a massage with Alexander today. After doing heavy construction for 15 years, I'd never had a massage before, so I figured it was time to give it a try. I'm glad I did!
He was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I booked a therapeutic massage, and it genuinely helped. I could feel relief in my problem areas immediately after just one session.
