Triad has top of the line-excellent service every time. I have known Fred for at least 25 years now, he has fixed very minor issues for us, right up to taking on large building projects that take several weeks or months to complete. Everyone that works for Triad is professional, easy to communicate with, explains procedures, and works in a safe organized and well thought out manner.

We needed the service of an electrician and we contacted Triad. As usual, they were prompt,, prepared and very professional. I want to thank Trevor for his knowledge and expertise which enabled him to trouble shoot and repair as necessary

Called about a dropped conduit line which exposed the cable. I thought was a power line, turns out it was Telus optical cable line which was installed very poorly(30 feet of optical cable wrapped up in a ball in the junction box). The tec was able to drop the junction box a bit to cover it.The electrical technician was very kind and informative of what I should do as it was not a power line. I would call them again if I need a electrician.
