I had a wonderful experience today. I came in looking just to lighten my hair without too much damage since i had a bad experience at a different salon where they fried it to the point of nearly falling out. He spoke with me and wanted to know what i wanted out of the appointment and made me feel welcome. He has very high end products with wonderful customer service. I'd highly recommend going for bleaching and coloring whether its natural colors or vivids. I'd recommend haircuts as well. I wanted to keep my length and he was very careful only to trim my dead ends. If you have damaged hair or are nervous about salons I'd highly recommend coming here
