I purchased my vehicle from the dealership and have been taking my explorer for regular oil changes at Team Ford. No Issues were noted even though my tire pressure sensor was flagged and I also have a rear engine seal leak. I’m a bit disappointed overall.
I had initially left a two star review but after leaving feedback I received a follow up call from the assistant service manager to address my concerns. They were quick to try to make things right. I appreciate their effort. Unfortunately once trust is lost its difficult to regain it. I will continue to go to Team Ford for service.

This is where we got our Bronco 2025! We had an awesome transaction with our sales, Marcus T. He was straight forward with the information that we asked him. We had a fast, easy and hassle free deal with this guy. Highly recommended!!! This place has also a very comfortable showroom for clients. Staff are smiling and very accommodating.
