Our building has been pretty lax with documentation and Matt was able to not only diagnose the problems we had, but he also showed me physically what to look for, and he provided excellent consultation for future service.

The team at Suck U Sump service are my heroes today. Our son has his wedding tomorrow and we have 13 guests staying at our house… And the sewer decided to back up at our acreage this morning. On a Friday of a long weekend! The team fit us in as an emergency call, due to our situation and thankfully, we are now able to shower and use the washrooms. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them except maybe still have tears in my eyes. Thank you so much Suck U Sump For coming out so quickly, diagnosing the problem and taking the time to make Us!! I would highly recommend this company to everyone!!

Suck U Sump Service is awesome! I sent in request on a Friday and didn’t expect they will reply on Sunday! That was fast! And the technician is punctual and efficient. Our grease trap got nicely cleaned without mins! The other company received our request and told us will call back within two weeks! Which never get back to us and now SUCK U already solved the problem! Will continue working with them for sure!??
