It was past midnight on a Saturday night and my furnace would not turn on. The temperature in my house had dropped down to 15 degrees and after calling several other furnace repair companies that claimed to be 24 hours, Star Mechanical was the only company that answered the phone and sent me out a technician. Brandon drove all the way out to Spruce Grove and wouldn't give up until my furnace was repaired and working again. I'm extremely grateful for the service and will only use Star for any further plumbing or mechanical needs I might have.
Upon moving into our new built we found our beautiful kitchen sink scratched by one of the trades. Andrew of Star Plumbing was dispatched to replace our sink. I found Andrew to be very communicative, professional, respectful, and informative. Andrew shared bits and pieces of information about various issues one might experience in a new build and how a homeowner could respond.
