Don't buy their product online! If you love their products it's better to go to one of their the store and purchase them there.
Bought a larger size of shampoo and conditioner online and they mailed them in just a shipping bag, not in a box with bubble wraps or even stuffed paper to make sure the product delivered in good condition. In result, I received the items leaked all over the bag.
I emailed them to see if to see what they would do in this situation, they offered me a refund of the product leaked and they said refund process take up to 14 business days.
