Don't buy their product online! If you love their products it's better to go to one of their the store and purchase them there.
Bought a larger size of shampoo and conditioner online and they mailed them in just a shipping bag, not in a box with bubble wraps or even stuffed paper to make sure the product delivered in good condition. In result, I received the items leaked all over the bag.
I emailed them to see if to see what they would do in this situation, they offered me a refund of the product leaked and they said refund process take up to 14 business days. It has been a month now and I still did not receive a refund nor option to exchange. It shows how little...read full review

Absolutely HORRIBLE! First of all they were rude and snotty. I had my hair cut and died. she dripped hair die all over my face, which was the wrong color. (not to mention that my roots are much lighter then my hair) THEN i go home i find hair die all over my shirt! i called wanting only my shirt replaced, and they offered me a 20 dollar gift certificate, which isn't even close to what my shirt costs, And i would NEVER go there again so why would i want a certificate for them? Worst hair experience EVER.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Went for a couples massage and had the worst massage experience ever. Very poor therapists, did not listen to what we wanted. Gave us the wrong massages. Dirty, not relaxing atmosphere. Booked a 10 am appointment, nobody opened the location until 10 am. Why not book appointments for 10:15 if you're not going to open your doors until 10?
