Troy was awesome, he got us tested and certified and kept me updated during the process. Very personable and professional. Afterwards, they set me up online to review the detailed invoice which was easy to navigate and pay. We contracted Soul Mechanical to upgrade our 34 furnaces and hot water tanks in 2021. Being a Housing Cooperative and not-for-profit, we value the “small town/family” working relationship that Soul Mechanical provided and continues to provide. The team is phenomenal and I think that we have tested them all! Our Coop is comprised of members from all ages and stages of life and is very culturally diverse. When needed, the Team took the time to explain what they were doing, and to sit with the kids (and there are many) and seniors to answer their questions in ways that they could understand.
