My experience with Empire Collision was 1st class, from my first phone call to the inspection and finally to the repairs. I went to four other Auto body repair shops to compare and Empire Collision was the only one that would directly take care of the third party transactions which was my initial reason for choosing them, though in the end I went through insurance. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Being a female and in my senior years never did I feel I was taken advantage of, they respected me and kept me well informed. I recommend this company any day they are 100% best service and price. They guarantee service an do excellent work. Dropped my vehicle off at 4:45 pm on Wednesday. They guaranteed me it would be ready by Friday. They followed up by calling me Friday morning at 10am telling me the paint will be dry and the doors put back by 2 pm. 10 after 2 the car was ready and all leaned up.
