I brought in two pairs of shoes, a pair of boots to be re-soled and a pair of heeled sandals to have the back strap re-done. Both came back looking better than when I bought them, I couldn’t be happier! The new strap was even matched perfectly to the original leather.
This man is a miracle worker. True skill is alive and well here. After calling all over the city I was directed here to repair my old cowboy boots. They haven't looked this good since the day they were made. After I managed my own time poorly and needed them in a rush, he didn't hesitate and got them done right away for me. Will definitely be bringing all my shoes here from now on.
I brought in my new boots which my daughter's pup had chewed on. He added a detail to the top of both boots (short boots) which concealed the chew mark and actually improved the look of the boots! He is clear about what he can and cannot do, which I appreciate.
