Incredible work! I’m wearing my classic Cougar boots again after a 3 year break. They refinished the colour perfectly and adjusted the sole comfort to last me many winters. I also had them do epoxy on my worn steel toed Blundstones and am waiting to pick up my freshly soled mukluks. They do everything! I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided. They were not only friendly and accommodating but also displayed a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. They take great pride in their work, taking the time to explain all available options and the steps involved in modifications and repairs. I brought in a new pair of Red Wings to have the soles upgraded, and the result was outstanding. Additionally, I was given helpful guidance on how to properly care for my boots and was able to purchase all the necessary tools and products directly from the shop. Shoe Masters Londonderry did the buildup on my new shoes to accommodate my needs due to polio. The lift and wedge are perfect. The shop kept me informed all the way through the process. I recommend them without reservation.
