The staff handled the private viewing and cremation for my mom with care, and they made a difficult process much easier. They also offer to help with some paperwork that follows a death, as a courtesy, which is a big relief when you're grieving.
My only criticism is communication. When my mom's ashes were ready for pickup, we never got a call, and I had to phone them myself a few days later to find out. A quick call or message would have made a big difference.
Overall, I'm thankful for the kindness shown to our family, and I would recommend them.
