Lindsay, the store director was fantastic about remedying a situation I was having trying to get the concealer I had been lusting after for quite a while. I was quite irate when I left my phone message but she remained calm and very polite. She fixed the problem, exchanged the product and gave me a deluxe sample bag which was full of amazing awesomeness. Thank you Lindsay, this has made my week much better. :)

Helpful staff, as always.And should I keep it to myself, or post that Sephora is once again doing ltd samples? Yaaayy!!! ?(My understanding is no actual liquids for sampling - ie. creams and 'thicker" items only. No perfumes sadly. ?

Worst Sephora in town! Just go to Southgate or WEM! I didn’t know that when I enter the store, I need to be bodychekced by the greeting girl (Sep 5th)at the door? And no one would offer help in this store but the other Sephoras in town are definitely nicer. I wrote down the date because the other girl greeting me on Sep 2nd was nice. She was the only one who would tell me where the product I was looking for is located. But today is some new experience.
