We went in last weekend to get glasses, my son had his with in a hour, I picked mine up 6 days later (special order for mine). The ladies were wonderful, so friendly and helpful! I have heard mixed reviews on the glasses themselves, but so far the quality seems decent.

Quick, efficient, easy and cost effective! I needed replacement lenses for some existing frames. I paid easily nearly half for my single vision lenses than what I was quoted anywhere else in West Ed, Spruce Grove and Stony Plain. The customer service reps were very friendly and made the whole process easy. They were also able to direct bill my insurance without issue. The whole experience was just so smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend going here for your frame and lenses needs.
