The customer service here is great. I stopped by to look for a specific pair, or something similar and Kim went above and beyond to help me find a pair that suited my face. Not only that she also managed to put a hold on the specific pair I was looking for, to try on in person before committing to buying them. I would definitely recommend anyone who’s looking to buy a set of glasses to check this place out, they have something for everyone and the customer service especially Kim was very helpful, would shop here again!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Second Specs! My daughter needed glasses quickly, and their one-hour service was amazing. Kim was absolutely fantastic—she was friendly, helpful, patient, and made the whole process so easy. She took the time to help me and my daughter find the right glasses and made sure everything was perfect.
