Terrible place they can and will screw the customer right from the beginning to the end. They use broken dirty pieces to assemble the beds. Usually the bottoms are not held together properly or the side rails are barely glued on. They're either cracked or totally broken in two and glued back together that's why the beds sag that or they switch out the insides using different springs. They use the cheapest dirt poor materials.

I bought a Sealy mattress expecting quality and reliable customer support, but I’ve been extremely disappointed. After a few months, the mattress began to sag. I submitted a warranty claim through Sealy Canada, only to be denied because my slats are 2.25 inches apart—just 0.25 inches over their arbitrary 2-inch limit.
This spacing limit is not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase, nor is it listed clearly on the product pages. In fact, the photo on their own website shows slats that look much wider than 2 inches. Meanwhile, Sealy USA allows up to 5 inches of slat spacing under their warranty, and most other major mattress companies allow 2.5–3 inches.
I have been trying to get a hold of a canadian rep by the name of Bill Blendick...two email and 3 weeks later..no response...oh well, they just lost my business...They do not even deserve a 1 star..awful customer service
