Best physio I’ve had in a long time. More thorough than most; I’ve had a small knee injury from running for a while, and as well as exercises and stretches to do at home, each time I went in, I was given extra therapy too. Ranges from deep stretches, dry needle work, electric pulses etc. Highly recommend

I fell on the ice on March 16th. On March 25th I was in a doctor's office and he wrote me a perscription for physiotherapy. What was nice is I found the Physiotherapist right in the building and boy did they look after me. I was in pain that 1st week and Week #3 it is totally gone. I'm on the road to recovery. I look forward to future visits with the Physiotherapist in working on my balance as well as I'm 70 years old and that got worse over time. I'm getting back my confidence which is due to the positive reinforcement I'm receiving from all the staff there. I highly recommend Scona Sports Physiotherapy and Massage Clinic. Renju is a great physio. She is patient and gave really good advice. She explained my condition in details and was knowledgeable. I highly recommend her service. My lower back pain was gone after my first session.
