We recently had need of emergency service on our travel trailer for brakes. We contacted a couple of other rv services that were recommended but one was booked for weeks and the other was too busy to even call us back. We called RV Mobile on Monday and were politely greeted. No Mobile service available til the following week but we could book an appointment at their shop for Wednesday. This turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. On our arrival we were, again, politely greeted and told the technician would be out shortly to speak with us. We were on our way to an Alaska RV tour when our slide topper ripped and dumped water inside . I called on a Thursday from Cochrane and Angela was able to get us in the following Monday. They were very professional and kept us updated with the progress of the issues and what felt should be done. The job was completed with in the time estimated and they included a detailed explanation of the issues they discovered and what they did to fix them. We are now able to continue our trip. I would highly recommend this company.
