An absolute gem of a company!
There was a mistake with my first booking but Royal really came thru for me when they realized what had happened.
Everyone makes mistakes and it's all in how we handle them! In this case, with accountability, kindness and professionalism.
On my rescheduled service call the locksmith was extremely friendly and professional and made sure that the rekey worked perfectly. He obviously took great pride in doing it well.
