Rock Paper Shears Hair Studio is a beautiful, inviting, and warm studio and gallery with a great atmosphere. The people working here are genuine, kind, and pretty friendly. They do a great job, providing wonderful experiences with cuts and color. The hair washing station is the most relaxing place. They take time to figure out what you want and explain the process, paying attention to every need. With how expensive it is, it is quite worth it if you want to spend the money.

I recently went to Rock Paper Shears to give my hair the TLC that it needed after so many months in quarantine / isolation! I saw Layne and she was very friendly and professional. I've never had balayage done on my hair in quite that light a shade, and it looks amazing. She gave me great advice on aftercare, and she also just gave general assistance for hair masks.
The women who work here are professional, knowledgeable - and the salon products they use seem very natural.
Would recommend Layne if you're looking for balayage!

I am a new customer of Rock Paper Shears and let me tell you — I’ve found my fit. Layne is a brilliant stylist who makes you feel really excited about your hair, and talks through options with you. My colour turned out amazingly. I highly recommend Layne to my fellow faux or true redheads. Plus, she is great to chat with and will show you pictures of your dog if you ask nicely :)
