I have used therapists on both the 1st floor and 3rd floor through the years I have been going to Riverstone. 2 years ago I experienced a frozen shoulder and Niana treated my shoulder with physio and Tamara introduced me to red light therapy. After many treatments it was remedied. Currently my job requires a lot of sitting and typing. I developed some very large knots on my shoulder blades from my job. I have booked many deep tissue massages to use up my benefits. The guys specifically Noah, Gabriel and Hermes on the 3rd floor having been fixing those knots. After just only a few treatments I have noticed increased mobility in both arms.
I had an excellent experience at River Stone Massage & Wellness Center. I came in with lower back pain, and my therapist, Miranda was both professional and knowledgeable. She did a wonderful job, and I feel much better. I will definitely be returning.
I had my first ever osteopathy appointment here and really enjoyed the experience! There is plenty of parking, an elevator up to the 3rd floor, and they have a very nice and clean office space. They have a ton of services here! I didn't catch the receptionist name but she was very welcoming. My osteopath was Leonora and she is incredibly sweet and relaxing to be around. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very at ease. Leonora is very knowledgeable in her expertise and I will definitely be seeing her again.
