Last summer I had my old galvanized pipes replaced. Martika was fantastic. She assessed the situation, looking how to do it all with the least amount of disruption. She also made some very useful recommendations. During all the replacement, everything remained amazingly tidy, and Martika was always ready to answer any questions. The work was done in a timely fashion, in fact ahead of schedule. In the end, because a section that Martika thought might be difficult, turned out easier and faster, my estimate was reduced! I highly recommend Riteway Plumbing and their great staff.

Super friendly and knowledgeable. Visited their store in Beverly, and Mike was very informative. Marty came to the house and installed a new water heater tank and toilet. Got along great with our 2 barking dogs. Everything went well. I will definitely use them again.

I phoned Riteway today to see if they had a replacement handle for the tap handle in our bathtub. It is an older one and both Rona and Homedepo could not help me. The person I spoke to was incredibly kind and suggested I send a picture of the handle to his cell phone as he didn’t want me to drive all the way over if they didn’t have it. He responded immediately to my text, was able to identify the fixture, and then went to see if they had it. A second text from him let me know that they didn’t, but he found one online and even sent me the link. Talk about going above and beyond. I know who my first call will be to the next time I need plumbing parts!
