Dealt with them through Levi who seemed competent and took care of everything from quotation, ordering, payment, etc. And he even helped us save money. Unfortunately I think he's moved on. My last experience has been a disaster. I kept having to call them after they took my order because it was never actually placed, AFTER I paid a deposit. By the time I finally called to cancel it, they still had not even put it through, but they still had my deposit. It was not till a couple of months and several phone calls (I bugged them at least twice a week) that I finally got my deposit back. As a general contractor I need to be in control of my schedule and be in control. This company has no understanding of this. I was promised a fence in the fall and put a deposit down. Well the fence never got put in before the snow, the salesman # is no longer in service and every time I call no one has a clue what's going on. TERRIBLE service!!!! Would not recommend this place.

When you first enter the receptionist is absolutely useless. She doesn't even acknowledge that you've entered the building. Just stares at you. If you ask to speak with the fencing salesman, she just says "sure"... she doesn't call him over, doesn't point him out, nothing. She's pathetically useless. It took a while to figure everything out, but that was our fault. The salesman, Levi, is pretty good to deal with. Made a couple of mistakes, but like I said we had to change a few things so anyone would have a trouble keeping everything up to date.
