Their team of physiotherapists provides expert care for a wide range of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and neurological conditions, with a specialization in exercise therapy. The staff are friendly, efficient, and so welcoming, doing a great job. Patients can expect one-hour initial assessments and 30-minute follow-up sessions with direct contact time with the physiotherapist essentially the whole time. The physiotherapist spends the full appointment on whatever will benefit you most, including extended hands on assessments, treatment, and actively coached and guided exercises. Renew Physiotherapy has earned a reputation for excellent care, with patients praising the team's knowledge, kindness, and genuine approach. I had my first visit at Renew Physiotherapy and Exercise today. I was very pleased with my therapist Mike Ellis who was awesome and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated all of the explanations that he gave me while assessing my condition and was very impressed with how quickly he was able to determine my particular problem. It made total sense when he explained things to me. We went over several exercises that I need to do in order to help my body heal. I was so happy to get the exercises as my physician told me if I didn’t get any exercises that I should check around for a new physiotherapist!! He was upfront in telling me that it will not be a quick fix; however, in time things will improve. I feel very encouraged after years of discomfort and pain.
Renew is a wonderful place, the staff is so friendly. The physiotherapists are very good & definitely know their stuff. I’m very impressed with them. Also, I’ve never had to wait long for my appointment. Great place, they’ve helped my chronic lower back pain.
Alan Lam is an amazing physiotherapist, i have been a returning client of his for 5 years now. I have followed him from his previous location to the new location in Meadowlark. I have to say that Alan is unlike any Physiotherapist i have ever seen in my life. He does not watch a clock, he takes his time with his clients to tell them what his diagnosis is and walks them thru the proper exercises to do to increase strength and get you up and going faster. He applies the latest technology in trying to aid your rehabilitation. You are never rushed, always feel you got more than you need with Alan.
