Dr. Smith and team continue to deliver exceptional service, advice and expertise. Very flexible to accommodate. I love their text booking system - very responsive and super friendly team there!
As usual, Dr. Grewal was very concise and to the point. He listened to my problems and gave me answers for all of them. The front staff and nurses were kind and gregarious as always. The homeless people outside are not as nice. I went into Tim Hortons for a tea and breakfast sandwich, I was set upon by a couple of homeless people asking me to buy them coffee and give them cigarettes. It was quite cold out, I'm glad they got to stay in the warm. However, I don't think they should be able to harass people trying to get some breakfast.
