I’ve been coming here for a while and for the most part, I enjoy the service. The last 2 times I’ve been though, I’m not exactly pleased with my experience with the same tech. I believe she is newer so I understand it takes time. When I came, my nails were cut too short for my liking so I asked if we could remove them and do a bit longer. She caught an attitude quite immediately after I asked, filed my natural nail more than normal enough that it really hurt so I mentioned that it was too rough. It did not change and she talked to her coworker next to her. I showed her the length I wanted and again, did not do what I wanted. And then was charged for extras when my nails have no extra on them, only painted with nail polish. No gems or powder or tape. While I do recommend this salon for basic services, I think you need to let them do what they want instead of what you want.
