I have been going to Professionail regularly for over 3 years now. What drew me there, aside from just frustration with other salons, was the insane amount of colors especially in acrylic (which I was finding difficult to find anyone to do at all at the time). A young tech named Lauren did my first set there and as long as she is there I will never go anywhere else. There is nothing she can’t do. She is an amazing artist. And the detail she can achieve in design is something I have never come across before in my 25 years of getting my nails done. I got a pedicure today and got a chemical burn on 3 of my toes from the products used. No discount given; just told my skin is sensitive, and it will heal. I have 3 blister open sores and the pedicure looks bad because of this. Will not go back; had I been compensated for their mistake things may be different.

I LOVE my nails. My friend jackie been coming here for over a decade and finally i booked with andy. He is a perfectionist, he did ombre nails today for me and im inlove these! Love love love love! Highly recommend coming here service is amazing too.
