I have been going to Professionail regularly for over 3 years now. What drew me there, aside from just frustration with other salons, was the insane amount of colors especially in acrylic (which I was finding difficult to find anyone to do at all at the time). A young tech named Lauren did my first set there and as long as she is there I will never go anywhere else. There is nothing she can’t do. She is an amazing artist. And the detail she can achieve in design is something I have never come across before in my 25 years of getting my nails done. I cannot speak to the work of any of the other girls (except Lindzy who did a great job when Lauren was away). The salon itself can be loud, crazy and at times very chaotic, but mostly it’s because it is usually very busy and high energy, which I prefer over a dead zone. Andy always tries to accommodate anyone that comes in as a walk in the best he can but at times you have to wait. I highly recommend this salon.

*i have edited this post to include what happened to my nail since i first left the review, it is finallg almost fully healed, be cautious* I have gone here a few times since getting my nails done regularly (over the years) results have been 50/50 depending on who does them.. I have had nails fall off the day after getting them done. I will not return, as I got a fill done, and within a few days had severe pain, and ripped off the nail, only to find a nice big patch of NAIL FUNGUS. I now have to deal with curing it for 6 months to a year.. and hope that it doesn't spread to my other fingers. no. no. no.
