I am highly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by ProBeauty Group. Recently, I bought an electrolysis machine from them and had several inquiries. Each time I called, I received prompt and helpful responses with outstanding service. Even if someone didn't have the answer immediately, they made sure to find it for me, always answering the phone with enthusiasm. I am extremely satisfied. Thank you, ProBeauty Group. This review is long overdue but I don't usually write reviews. I always receive great service and help from all the staff at ProBeauty Group.
I will always be deeply indebted to this store because I went to EIE for my laser technician schooling and had an incident right after graduating where I thought I would be opening up my own business. Things worked out differently, and I remember Wolf (one of the owners) was really understanding about my huge purchase at Pro Beauty and instead of ignoring me or denying me assistance, he really helped me out.
