Overall, I have had a good experience with probeauty. The communication on pick up orders have been slow a couple of times but typically it is good. Also, the ladies I have encountered in store have been friendly and helpful.
Always look forward to my orders. Great communication and very good at making sure my orders are exactly as described. Had an issue with a product freezing, they made sure to send me a new product right away. Thank you!
