After 2 awful experiences with groomers for our cat, I found Allison at Pretty Kitty. Here’s my review: The drive was long, Millwoods to Beverly, and the cat was stressed from the get go, but me more so knowing his groomer history. And at home he didn’t like to be brushed or handled much (previous owners left his fur matting till it pulled skin off his back). After the groom: Allison shocked me with news that he was calm, curious, handled well, was the kind of temperament that groomers like.. Amazing grooming services! I took my cat for the first grooming cuz of matting and was worried how my kitty would react. Everything went so well and my kitty and I are so happy with the results. Definitely will be back again!!!

Highly recommended ! Took my 19 year old cat for her first ever full spa treatment and to get mats out of her. And Allison did such an amazing job! My cat isn’t in pain anymore from the mats, and is so soft! Allison is super educational, and let me know how it all went to ease my mind & is such a kind, caring person.
