I had a giant hornet’s nest in my backyard that needed to be removed. I called several pest control companies but so far Poulin’s was able to best in terms of availability and price. They sent someone over the next day and it was all taken care of. The person who came in was extremely professional and friendly. I don't mind paying a little extra for quality products. Yes they are a little pricey however the staff was not pushing me to buy anything which is a plus.My friend who lives in an apartment building inherited bed bugs from some not so careful neighbors. Her suite was " sprayed " yesterday and as usual our slum owner hired a cheap incompetent outfit so as usual we are going to have to do most of the work and spray the stuff that they were supposed to but didn't. Anyways I digress sorry about that.Education is power and we spent almost an hour asking questions which they answered and we were never rushed.
